Life does not always run fairly. At times, it provides you with adversities when you do not anticipate any.


You lose individuals. You get hopeless.


You see yourself crumbling silently and ask yourself a question why not me?


During those black times, one can easily curse, doubt things and wish he/she could quit. But imagine when we say that life is not out to get you but it is simply in the process of modeling you?


This blog, one can discuss how to face the issues in life without hating it and cursing it but come up with power, understanding, and inner calmness.


Get used to the fact that life is a struggle.


The reality is --- we all are clueless. Nobody is alone in things.


Pain is not selective. Life will expose you to test whether you are a wealthy, famous, unknown or poor person.

The struggle does not give up. This is knowledge that pain is temporary and growth is eternal.

This can only cause additional pain.


Rather, ask the question differently. Ask yourself:

 

What lesson can I derive out of this?

 

The question can be asked like this: what can I change now?


How would I like to answer?


This restores power to you. Then when you assume control, you start to feel better.


Don't Curse Life: Learn to Speak Nice Things about it


Yes, life is cruel at times. However there is still beauty, second chances and silent blessings in life.


Never say you hate life, when something goes wrong instead say, life is testing me and I will take it with grace.


  • Language is powerful.

  • Talk to your case kindly.

  • What you think contributes to your survival.


Do Small Things that Make Peace


You cannot make everything straight overnight. So do one thing that is easing:


  • 5 minute sit in silence

  • Write it out about how you feel

  •  Take a walk

  • Talk with person, who listens

  •  Then read to your soul

  • Tiny steps. Daily peace. Long-term healing.

  • Talk to People -You are not Alone


The fact that you need help does not make you weak.


You are a human.


Seek out a person to contact. A friend, a therapist, a support group.


Even writing up how you feel in a journal can be magic.


Do not keep it to yourself and make your pain breathe.


Finding The Significance in the Shit


Any difficulty has a message hidden behind it.


At times, it is precisely what destroys you that moulds you.


It may be not clear to you to-day.


However, there will be a day when you will just be telling yourself:


That pain made me wiser.


It was a slackening stage. That issue turned me into a strong person.”


Put your faith in the process. Life is not out to get you, it is shaping you up to become better.

  •  But do not allow those things to make you despise the gift of life itself.
